Financial Aid
Financial Aid Applications are now available for the 2010-2011 school year.
Chicago Hope Academy uses an objective third party called Confidential Financial Services (CFS) to assess the financial needs of our students and their families. There are two ways to submit a tuition assistance application to CFS:
1. Applying Online:
School Code: 11600
You will need a credit card and paypal account in order to submit your application online.
The cost for applying online is $20.
* If you need to leave the application and come back to it, make sure you have your SSN on the application and save it to come back to later. If you don't, you will be charged every time you do the application online.
2. Applying on Paper:
You may obtain a paper copy of the tuition assistance application from Chicago Hope Academy, or download it HERE. The cost for applying by mail or by fax is $25.
You may pay by check, money order, VISA/MC.
Please make all checks out to “Confidential Financial Services.”
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- Detailed instructions are included with the actual application, both online and in paper form.
- Please also submit a copy of the 2009 Federal 1040 Tax Form for ALL ADULTS in your household.
- You will receive your Tuition Assistance award decision if your child is accepted to Chicago Hope Academy.
- The deadline for Tuition Assistance applications is March 1, 2010. Although additional applications may be accepted after this date, it is possible that funds will be exhausted. Requests for financial assistance received after March 1st will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
